Digital keys

License keys deliver instantly and cannot be taken back, so all sales are final. This is stated at checkout before you pay.

Exceptions

Genuine technical failure on our side — broken downloads, validation outages lasting over 48 hours, a key that never worked — gets fixed first and refunded if we cannot fix it within 7 days. Open a ticket on Discord with your purchase email.

Not covered

Server bans, changing your mind, buying the wrong plan, losing access to your Discord account, or hardware changes beyond the monthly HWID reset.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback instead of contacting support results in immediate permanent license revocation and HWID ban.
